If you don't think your stock Pro-R shifter lives up to a 40k-50k machine, then this product is for you............... This one-of-a-kind, billet shifter assembly replaces the stock, imprecise, plastic shift gate as well as the shifter arm and grip and adds a custom billet top console for great looks. We've also added tilting functionality to the lever that allows for much smoother shifting and eliminates most of the sloppy feel of the stock unit. The gated design makes it extremely easy and quick to shift from Low or High to Neutral or Reverse when rock crawling or trail riding without hitting Park. The kit includes a custom machined Delrin insert that we've cleverly inserted into the console to ensure smooth operation.
We also include a rubber boot to seal the lower portion of the shifter and prevent unwanted heat and dust intrusion. Also, because of the flimsy mounting of the stock center console, we have designed a brace that cleverly attaches to the stock frame and braces the shifter and console to make the gated function that much more precise. Our shift knob also sits a little lower and back about an inch to clear most accessory switch panels.............. Not only is this a must-have for rock crawling, it makes general trail riding more enjoyable when you have to shift quickly from forward to reverse multiple times to jockey around an obstacle or tight corner with no chance of accidentally hitting park ......Currently offered in a beautiful machined finish...Custom powder coating in select colors is available on request for an additional charge, Call 509-406-7192.
